Getting Started

By now you should have received an account details email called ' Your iHASCO Account Details', as well as an LMS admin notification email.

The account details email should look similar to the one below.

This is split into three sections.

  1. What you've got
  2. How to use it
  3. Where to get help

There are two methods for getting people onto the training.

  1. Passing/emailing them the training URL. They can then self-register and go onto the training. This is the easiest method.
  2. You upload the users and send a welcome email. This allows you to assign courses to specific users etc. This is touched on in later articles. See "Course Assignments" and "User Uploads

To gain access to the LMS (Learning Management System) you will require your admin notification  email.

This should have been sent at roughly the same time as the account details email. The admin access email looks like the below.

If for some reason you didn't receive this or have lost your username, you can recover this by following the instructions found here -  Forgotten username

You will need to follow the above URL to set a password. If you do have issues with this, please follow the instructions found here -  Resetting your password

Once you have your username and password, you're ready to log into the Learning Management System.

This can be accessed from -

Alternatively, you can make your way to our website - and selecting 'Login'.
