How to amend a users email address

For you to edit a users email address you must first request for this setting to be enabled. You can do so by emailing our support team at support@ihasco.co.uk or getting in touch with your account manager. Once you have done this, follow the steps below to amend a users email address. 

Log into the LMS and click 'Users' in the top left then 'Active Users'. This will bring you to a list of all active users on your account. 

Locate the user you would like to change the email address for. You can search by multiple things such as email address; first name, last name or branch. Once you have found the user, click the button that says 'View/Edit' to the right of their name. This will take you to their profile page.

Now, click the edit button (which looks like a pen and paper) on the left hand side of the page.

Once you have amended the email, click 'Save Changes' at the bottom of the page.
