How to amend a users email address

For you to edit a users email address you must first request for this setting to be enabled. You can do so by emailing our support team at or getting in touch with your account manager. Once you have done this, follow the steps below to amend a users email address. 

Log into the LMS and click 'Users' in the top left then 'Active Users'. This will bring you to a list of all active users on your account. 

Locate the user you would like to change the email address for. You can search by multiple things such as email address; first name, last name or branch. Once you have found the user, click the button that says 'View/Edit' to the right of their name. This will take you to their profile page.

Now, click the edit button (which looks like a pen and paper) on the left hand side of the page.

Once you have amended the email, click 'Save Changes' at the bottom of the page.
