Click on ' Results' then 'Overview' to be taken to a list of all active course subscriptions you have.
You will be taken to a page similar to the one below. There will be an option to 'Export Results' on the right hand side.
If you click 'Export results', a spreadsheet will automatically download in your browser. This will contain information on all users that have been assigned to this course in particular. Some examples include their name; email, test score (percentage) and test attempts. It will look similar to the picture below.
Alternatively, you can access this information on our system. Click ' Results' then the course that you wish to view.
You will be taken to a list of all users that have access to this course. You can then filter these users by clicking the tabs at the top of the page.
We also offer a 'filter by date' feature. This can be found to the left of the search bar, as seen below.
You can see how many credits have been used by each person as well as which sections of the course have been completed and the percentage scored on the test. Clicking 'view/edit' will take you through to the users profile. You can also generate an overall report which will provide a view of all users and which courses they have / have not completed. Instead of having the course name, it will have its ID number instead. You can see a courses ID number in the Results / Overview page where you downloaded the report, on the left column under 'ID'.
The spreadsheet will look similar to the one below. Each course will have 3 columns - status, log date and score. The status column shows whether the course has been completed, is in progress or hasn't been started. The log date column shows shows when the course was last accessed / completed and the score column shows the percentage scored on the test section of the course.
