How to reset my password - user attempting training

If you have been asked to complete the training, your employer should have sent you a welcome email. This will come from the email address training@ihasco.co.uk and will look similar to the one below. 

If you have already set your password in the past you can click the first link, enter your details and go straight into the training. If you haven't, click on the one-click login link just below that to be taken directly into your training suite. From here, click 'Account' in the top right corner then 'Profile'. 

This will take you to your profile. Scroll down to the bottom and you will see the section titled 'Change Password'. Simply type in the password of your choice, confirm it, and click 'Save Changes'. You have now set your own password! Please use this to login from now on. 

Alternatively, you can login directly through our website! Navigate to our site (www.ihasco.co.uk) and click 'Log-in', you should see the page below.

If you enter the email address you are registered under and click 'Confirm & Start Log-in' you will receive an email that lists all training accounts you have access to, similar to the one below. 

You can login by using the One click log-in and change your password once inside. Please see the steps at the start of this article if you are not sure how to do this.
