Getting logged into the LMS

For new administrators

  • You should have received an email with the subject 'You've been granted administrative access' (If not, please ask your account manager to send you this). Click on the link inside of this email to take you to the password reset page
  • Enter your desired password in the fields provided. The password must contain at least one of the following; a special character (such as !, ?, * etc), a number, a capital letter and be 8 characters minimum
  • Once you've successfully set a password you should be automatically taken to a login page. If you weren't, please click on this link
  • Now, enter your username (this is not your email address and can be found within the email you received) and the password you just set to be logged into the training! 

For existing administrators

  • Navigate to our website and click on the 'Log in' button
  • Enter your username and password then press 'Log in'
  • If you are unsure of your username or password, click on the 'Having trouble logging in?' button. Once prompted, enter your email address then select 'Confirm'. You should receive an email with your username and a link to reset your password if needed
