How to start/stop sending Automated reminder emails
Automated reminder emails help learners to start, complete and renew their training courses and stay compliant.
There is a range of daily and weekly reminder emails to choose from.
Note: Daily reminders are generated overnight – start daily reminders the day before you want them sent out. Weekly reminders are generated over the weekend and sent out on Monday – start weekly reminders during the week before you want them sent out.
To start/stop sending Reminder emails:
- Click the Settings tab on the menu bar at the top of the page.
- In the GENERAL card, click Messaging.
- In the AUTOMATED EMAILS card scroll down to the reminder email you want to change.
- Choose to start or stop:
- Click Save changes.
To start sending the Reminder email, select the check box.
To stop sending the Reminder email, clear the check box.
