How to start/stop sending Automated reminder emails

Automated reminder emails help learners to start, complete and renew their training courses and stay compliant.

There is a range of daily and weekly reminder emails to choose from.

Note: Daily reminders are generated overnight – start daily reminders the day before you want them sent out. Weekly reminders are generated over the weekend and sent out on Monday – start weekly reminders during the week before you want them sent out.

To start/stop sending Reminder emails:

  1. Click the Settings tab on the menu bar at the top of the page.
  2. In the GENERAL card, click Messaging.
  3. In the AUTOMATED EMAILS card scroll down to the reminder email you want to change.
  4. Choose to start or stop:
  5. To start sending the Reminder email, select the check box.

    To stop sending the Reminder email, clear the check box.

  6. Click Save changes.
