How to monitor Automated reminder emails
Automated reminder emails are sent to learners daily and weekly. Automation lets you monitor automated reminder emails efficiently by showing totals, settings and events on one page. To learn more see How to start/stop sending Automated reminder emails.
To show the Automation page:
- Click the Insights tab on the menu bar at the top of the page.
- Click Automation on the list of options to show the Automation page.
The REPORT CARD shows totals for how many emails have been sent.
The REMINDER EMAILS card shows the list of automated emails you have selected and a link to change the settings.
The EVENTS card lists all automated email events. Each email event includes the date and time the event happened and the user’s name.
To find your event scroll through the list.
Click the users name to view/edit their details.
To browse all events click the Browse all events link at the top right of the page. This shows the main Events page.
