Error 1

This article explains what to do if you have an Error 1 message shown when accessing training.


When a learner accesses training via a Pay per view (PPV) single use URL the LMS shows a Error 1 message.


This error occurs when a Pay per view (PPV) session has expired. PPV sessions expire after 60 days.


Purchase a new PPV session via the iHASCO website.
