How to monitor overall compliance

To monitor the percentage of learners that have completed their training and are compliant, the Learning Management System (LMS) uses Report cards.

The main report card is on the dashboard and it shows totals for your organisation.

To show the dashboard:

  1. Click MyLMS on the menu bar at the top of the page.
  2. Scroll down to find the HOW ARE YOU DOING? card.

The doughnut shows learner compliance based on the courses they have access to and their current course status. Move the mouse pointer to the different sections of the doughnut to show the enrolment stage and the percentage value.

The card also shows current values for the total

  • Number of active users
  • Continued professional development (CPD) time logged
  • Number of certificates issued.

To learn more about how we calculate CPD time logged see How we calculate CPD time logged.

Note: Values shown on the 'How are you going?' card are refreshed every ten minutes so may not always accurately reflect your account status.

The individual learner report card is on the user view/edit page.

To show the learner report card:

  1. Click the Users tab on the menu bar at the top of the page to show the menu.
  2. Select the type users to show the User management page.
  3. Find the user by filtering, for more information see How to use filtering to find a user.
  4. Click View/Edit on the right of the users details.
  5. Scroll down to find the REPORT CARD.

The card shows log-in information and current values for the total

  • Overall progress
  • CPD time logged
  • Courses with results
  • Number of certificates
