Error: Cannot load M3U8
This article explains what to do if you have a Cannot load M3U8 error message shown when accessing training.
When a learner accesses a training course video the Learning Management System (LMS) shows a Cannot load M3U8 - Crossdomain access denied error message.
This error occurs when domains required for video playback are blocked.
Tell your training administrator.
To fix this problem the training administrator will need to read Domain white list for more information on the domains which need to be whitelisted, and make the necessary changes.
