Error: M3U8 No levels to play

This article explains what to do if you have an M3U8 No levels to play error message shown when accessing a training course.


When a learner accesses a training course video the Learning Management System (LMS) shows an M3U8 No levels to play error message.


This error occurs when browser cookies are being blocked.


Tell your training administrator.


To fix this problem the training administrator needs to read Minimum browser requirements for more information on the browser settings the LMS requires, and make the necessary changes.
