Help with log-in to MyLMS
If you need help with logging into MyLMS.
- Click https://app.ihasco.co.uk/ to show the Account recovery & log-in window.
- Enter your email address and click Confirm to get an email with a reminder of your account details, instructions and links to recover a forgotten username, to reset a forgotten password and to log-in to MyLMS.
If you don’t receive an email from iHASCO here are some things you can do:
- Check that your email address was typed correctly. If you spot a mistake, click try again on the Check your email card.
- Check the junk/spam folder in your email. If you still can’t find the iHASCO email, this means an account for the email address doesn’t exist at iHASCO.
- Contact your training administrator for help or contact iHASCO support, using the telephone number on the menu bar at the top of the log-in page https://www.ihasco.co.uk/login.
