How to add/remove Smart Enrolments

You add Smart Enrolments by linking a course and a segment. Smart Enrolments then automatically enrols all the learners in the segment onto the linked course. You can link multiple courses with a segment.

New learners in the segment will be automatically enrolled on all courses linked with the segment. Learners that are removed from the segment will be unenrolled from all courses linked with a segment.

To learn more about segments see What are Organisational segments?.

Note The course Enrolment method must be set to by assignment only, to learn more see What are the course settings?.
