Error 19

An error 19 occurs when the training URL is incorrect, or your account has been put on hold.

Each unique training URL is made from a combination of both letters and numbers. They are very specific. If this is remotely wrong (a lowercase instead of a capital letter for instance, or an 0 in place of an O) then this error message will appear.

To rectify this please do the following.

  • Check the training URL you’re using. We recommend to copy and paste the link rather than manually typing it in.
  • If the training URL is correct, please contact your Training Administrator.
